Team Florida History
Team Florida History
Team Florida was founded in 1985 and soon gained recognition as the official cycling club of the University of Florida. The team began racing and had its first wins the next year. In the last 40 years, Team Florida has won 62 Southeastern Collegiate Cycling Conference (SECCC) Championships and 13 national titles. The team has produced notable alumni such as Olympian Bobby Livingston, former World Tour Rider Phil Gaimon, and US National Champions John Lieswyn and Jacquelyn Crowell.
